Mumbai-based automotive manufacturer Bajaj Auto has released updated versions of its popular Pulsar NS 160 and NS 200 motorcycles, promising “more excitement” for riders.
According to a review by the Deccan Chronicle, the new models feature a number of improvements over their predecessors. The NS 160, for example, now boasts a more efficient engine and a sharper design, while the NS 200 has received a new instrument cluster and an updated suspension system.
“The Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 and NS 200 are two good-looking bikes that will sweep you off your feet,” writes The Hindu in another review. “They are loaded with features and promise to deliver a thrilling experience on the road.”
Both models are powered by single-cylinder engines, with the NS 160 producing 17.2 horsepower and the NS 200 producing 24.5 horsepower. The bikes also come equipped with disc brakes and tubeless tires.
The Pulsar NS 160 is priced at Rs 1.09 lakh, while the NS 200 is priced at Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Bajaj Auto is one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in India, with a market share of around 20%. The company also exports its products to countries such as Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia.
